I spotted rapper, The Game, at the gym. Couldn’t mistake him for anyone else once I saw the indistinguishable “LA” tattoo on his face. Game was representing both coasts, as he was sporting a NY Mets fitted baseball cap. He was working out with a trainer, going through a pretty intense upper body workout. I could tell that others recognized him, but didn’t approach him. Not too many people get starstruck given the number of celebs that walk among them.
But Game had to do the celeb workout and talk on his cell phone in between sets. Maybe he’s working on another album or getting a tour together. His latest album, The Doctor’s Advocate, had a few hits but was mostly ignored by the radio stations. A shame, because the guy is actually really talented.
Remember the beef he had with 50 Cent? Personally, I enjoyed Game’s music…but I guess that’s only because they were handed down to him by 50 Cent.
Obviously, 50 Cent won that battle, but whose side were you on?
