The call girl at the center of the prostitution scandal that prompted Gov. Eliot Spitzer to resign in disgrace has been identified as a 22-year-old aspiring musician who struggled in a broken home as a child.
Now “Kristen” is center stage in the middle of a large-scale scandal that has rocked the nation.
I bet that this wasn’t the way she pictured getting the spotlight. But then again, those are some of the risks of being a high-end escort.
But is Kristen at fault here? Maybe. Maybe not. One could say that she was breaking the law by performing prostitution services. But another could say that she was just doing her job. And based on the amount of money that exchanged hands, a mighty fine job at that.
